How ARE you? Are you happy? How has your year been? Have you done some good things for yourself this year? Would you like next year to be, as I like to say with emphasis, “even more gooder”?
Yesterday, my friend Ann asked me about staying healthy during this time of year. Here’s what I do. I start by taking stock of things that have been working and make a few adjustments as I get ready for what’s next. Typically, I do this by looking at how to get through the holidays staying healthy and with as little stress as possible.
I’m going to do a quick, 30-minute free conference call this Wednesday, November 19th at 5:00 pm EST / 2:00pm PST to introduce you to some Healthy Holiday Strategies.
On that call, I’m going to go over how to eat more healthfully, how to stay happy and hopeful during this crazy time of year, how to stay focused on your goals and getting through the holidays while staying sane, and how to stay healthy on the go—what to eat if you’re on the road.
Would you like to join me?
This is going to be straightforward, not fancy, practical stuff that you can start using right away. Think of it as an early holiday gift from me.
Simply dial into our conference call line from your phone wherever you are. Long-distance and data rates may apply.
The access code is 1073779#.
